ALBERT WILLIAMS SR.
Pastor Williams was born on June 21, 1952, in
Pittsburg, CA to Alexander and Willie B. Williams.
He received his formative education through the
Pittsburg Unified Schools, graduating from high school in 1970.
In July 1974, Pastor Williams accepted Christ as his
Lord and Savior, at the New Hope of God in Christ Church. Moving forward, "Brother Al"
As he was affectionately known, has served the Lord fervently. The late Superintendent Willie L. Easter recognized
He began to nurture "Brother Al" in his life, training and elevating him to various Positions within the local church For many years, here he served as the youth pastor and choir director.
In 1977, Pastor Williams was ordained by the late Bishop B. R. Stewart, Prelate of the Northern California First Jurisdiction. It was at this point that he began his ministry as a traveling evangelist. He has traveled throughout the country proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is sought because of his insightful, energetic, prophetic, and inspiring ministry.
In March 2009, he assumed the pastoral leadership of the Greater Little Chapel Church of God in Christ in Vallejo, California. Pastor Williams also serves as the Superintendent of the Rhema District and 2nd Administrative Assistant to Bishop Jonathan D. Logan Sr. of the Greater Northern California 2nd Jurisdiction.
His educational prowess includes: Diablo Valley College 1970; AA Paralegal Studies, Charles H. Mason Theological Seminary 1970; Homiletic Studies Certified Program, Candidate: Master of Arts in Religious Education Paralegal
Pastor Albert Williams, Sr. is a powerful man of God who operates in the fivefold ministry. He is an anointed Apostle and a Prophet whose true words have blessed many people's lives. He is a jubilant evangelist, an awesome pastor, and a dynamic teacher. His vision, together with his wife, Missionary Regina Williams, has ignited a flame that encourages individuals to strive for excellence and expectation in building the Kingdom of God.
